All orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. Typically, items will arrive within 7 business days for Australian orders. International orders take roughly 15+ business days to arrive. Please be aware that postage and customs delays are beyond our control.

Great news – it’s a simple process!

Wipe your little ones hand or foot with our ink-free wipes, press it onto the relevant milestone card. The print will appear within seconds and will continue to darken within minutes.

An ideal time to get the print is when your baby is calm or sleepy. If you’re able to get a flat foot or hand print it will come out clearly, remember it doesn’t have to be perfect, every little detail is a gorgeous moment to capture.

Our inkless wipes are created to make it easy to capture prints without the mess of ink. Our wipes are made from thermal sensitive dyes, Benzoyl Alcohol, 2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethanol. Safe for use on skin but can cause irritation to eyes and should not be ingested. If either occur, please contact a medical facility immediately. 

If any irritation occurs on skin, cease using immediately and contact us for a refund. (Proof of reaction is required). Please ensure you read instruction manual prior to use. Ensure you wipe your child/s hand/feet after use with soapy water to wash off any residue.
