What is an Inkless Milestone Card kit?
Our inkless milestone card kits are a set of cards that capture your baby's hand and footprints every month of their first year. The inkless wipe system means no ink or paint touches baby's skin, and there's no mess to clean up.

Is the inkless kit safe for newborns?
Our wipes are made from thermal sensitive dyes, Benzoyl Alcohol, 2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethanol. Safe for use on skin but can cause irritation to eyes and should not be ingested. If either occur, please contact a medical facility immediately. 
If any irritation occurs on skin, cease using immediately and contact us for a refund. (Proof of reaction is required). Please ensure you read instruction manual prior to use. 
Ensure you wipe your child/s hand/feet after use with soapy water to wash off any residue.

When should I start using it?
You can start from birth. Our birth detail card allows you to include special information date, time, name, height and weight. Many parents take the first print in the newborn weeks, then one each month until baby's first birthday.

How many prints can I get from one wipe?
You can get multiple prints from one wipe, enough for a set of hands and feet. 

Any tips for getting a clear print?
The best time to get a clear print is when baby is calm or asleep, wipe their hand or feet with our wipe, and press the hand or foot gently down onto the corresponding card. Personalised and Readymade Jumpers

How do I personalise a jumper?
For peresonalised jumpers you can add any relevant information at checkout in the ‘Special Instructions’ section.

What sizes do you offer?
Our jumpers come in sizes from 0–3 months to size 2. All jumpers are oversized so ensure you check our size guide before ordering.

What are the jumpers made from, and how do I wash them?
Our jumpers are made from 100% cotton and our embroidery yarn is made from 100% wool. Due to the delicate nature of knitted items, please only handwash gently in warm water and flat lie to dry. If piling occurs gently trim loose threads.

How long does a personalised order take?
Our personalised jumpers have a turnaround time of approximately 7 days, if you require a rush order please contact us and we will see if your order can be accommodated.

Orders and shipping

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC and typical delivery times within Australia are 7 days, international orders can take around 20 days.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being received.  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally to most countries.

When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Christmas is the busiest time of the year for orders and deliveries, within Australia orders should be placed by 10^th December to ensure delivery with Australia Post before Christmas. International orders should be placed by November 20^th to ensure delivery before Christmas.

These dates are our best recommendations; you can always speed up shipping by opting for express postage at checkout. Please be aware that postage and customs delays are beyond our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, don't hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I send an order as a gift?
You sure can! We can gift wrap any items in neutral or gender specific wrapping paper, we can include a card with a handwritten message on it and can send it directly to the recipient. If you’d like us to wrap or include a handwritten card with your message on it, please reach out to us via email with your order number and we can assist.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
We offer a full refund for unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us before sending back any products.
